Introducing the Mindset + Body Shift 21 Day Program


In our 21 Days together we'll work on three things: mindset, nutrition & fitness.

We'll focus on the mental blocks keeping you from getting to your goals. Mindset work is so beneficial. I resisted it for, well, basically my whole life until fairly recently as it sounded too "woo-woo". The reality is that when I look back at the successes I have had in life the common thread really was my positive attitude and dedication during that time. At the risk of sounding like one of those inspirational memes on the internet, "She believed she could, so she did." Okay, so that's totally a meme, BUT it really is true. 

We'll also work on the nutritional foundation and a plan to follow that will get you on track. Knowing what to eat, having recipes to follow/guide us, having a variety and ability to keep it going past the 21 Days is where we'll focus.

Lastly, we'll be moving our bodies. Fitness is about so much more than how we look. For sure, we want to look awesome, but more importantly we want to feel awesome. Sometimes they are tied to each other. But I'm talking about being confident that we can do that next push-up, fit into clothes we haven't in a long time, reduce our high cholesterol and risk of diabetes, chase after our kids, and the build endurance and strength we need for even the simplest physical tasks - like bringing in the heavy grocery bags in one trip.
